It is women mainly who think I am brave and I get that. I encourage everyone to live a little each day, go and do what is in your heart to do – you don’t need to be brave
Sometimes we are just pushed around, in and out, but in the end a cloth is made, it is the fabric of the life we have made. The dance of life, morphed into a tapestry of colour.

There aren’t many nights I enjoy lying awake, but tonight is one of them as it is the sound of the gentlest of rain drops.
One Sunday when you’ve had enough of the repeat repeat of the weekday weekend treadmill, try jotting down some points of what’s great and not so great about it all. You might be surprised at what’s revealed, or where your daydreaming takes you
But one man loved the pilgrim soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face
The world is not always fair, but we can work with it by aligning all that happens with the strength of our heart. Heart and mind working together makes our lives so much easier, especially when we work in harmony with others. We will find an inner strength, resilience and duty to self and others through the power of love.
I made friendships that I am sure will stand the test of time; this makes me smile. I have seen places that I want to return to one day, and know that I will. I have to say, getting out of my dear home was for the month of May was a great decision and now that it is June, I am happy to be home, at peace and still smiling.
