Hi WendyJoy, thank you for your inspirational message here. I feel that the very fast pace of our lifestyles contributes to high blood pressure, anxiety and all the other emotional and physical problems we are faced with today. For myself, I think that pacing myself and aiming for balance and peaceful moments in my day definitely helps. And as for how I manage anger on the road – I steer clear of anger and would rather be a bit slower than cause an accident.
